Sales Support Administrator: A Key Player in Our Growth Journey

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Administrator. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, helping the team achieve its goals, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Assist with lead generation and qualification using AI-powered tools.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure prospects and clients receive an exceptional experience.
  • Support onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall company goals.
