Campus Engagement Director

This role reports to the Assistant Dean of Students for Student Engagement and provides strategic leadership to student programming groups and initiatives. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of campus-wide programming, including New Student Orientation, Homecoming, and Spring Fling.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of student leaders and staff members.
  • Develop and implement budget plans for operational budgets related to campus facilities and events.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with various university departments, including Facilities, Housekeeping, and Information Technology Services.
  • Assess student participation and program evaluation by implementing strategic assessment initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with campus departments to develop and execute educational or cultural programming for students, faculty, and staff.
