Campus Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Campus Programs Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing campus-wide programming initiatives, including new student orientation, homecoming, parent and family programs, and other high-impact institution-level programs.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in higher education administration or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in student activities, major campus programming, event management, and facilities management. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campus-wide programming initiatives.
  • Collaborate with campus departments to plan and execute educational or cultural programming for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Evaluate, compile, and analyze data related to student participation and program evaluation.
  • Update and maintain all webpages related to the operation of the Office of Student Engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard risk management practices in campus programming.
  • Experience with budget planning, management, expense tracking, and account reconciliation.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Widener University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. A flexible work arrangement may be available for this position.
