Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

About the Role:

  • Programme Development & Maintenance: Create, maintain, and update detailed and logic-linked critical path Contract and Target Programmes.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring that each phase is completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in construction planning, ideally within PBSA, BTR, or similar sectors.
  • Skills: Proficient in ASTA construction project management software, with a strong understanding of critical path analysis.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to foresee potential issues and develop solutions swiftly to avoid delays.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning and documentation, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

The estimated salary for this position is £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
