Project Delivery Team Member

Elsdon Group is looking for a skilled Construction Program Manager to join our project delivery team. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading construction company and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Development: Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly update project schedules to reflect actual progress and resource allocations, and identify any deviations or potential issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Subcontractor Management: Evaluate subcontractor progress payments and cross-check them with project data.
  • Performance Metrics: Report on schedule performance metrics and project status.
  • Personnel Planning: Collaborate with project management to plan personnel needs and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Change Management: Support change management and assist with delay analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze project data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of planning experience in the contracting sector.
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning).
