We are seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead our team's daily construction activities, project planning, scheduling, and quality standards.

  • Oversee project phases, including developing an early construction plan and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Procure materials and subcontractors by evaluating quotes and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Deliver weekly analysis reports and proposals to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Build and grow business relationships vital to project success, fostering strong partnerships with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain positive client relations throughout the project life cycle, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Adapt to project changes with concurrent projects, demonstrating flexibility and effective communication skills.
  • Familiar with budgeting and cost forecasting, ensuring accurate financial projections and management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and contract documents is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software, with experience in project management tools preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess a two-year degree or five years of project management experience in the construction industry. Minimal travel is expected, with work performed on-site, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
