Director of Campus Engagement and Student Programs

Widener University invites applications for a Director of Campus Engagement and Student Programs. This is a full-time position located in Chester, PA.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to student programming groups and initiatives, including new student orientation, campus traditions, and community outreach programs. You will also oversee facility operations and room reservation processes for the University Center, Alumni Hall, and Lathem Hall.

Required qualifications include a master's degree in Higher Education Administration or Leadership, plus 5 years of professional work experience in student activities, major campus programming, event management, and facilities management. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, facilitating, and assessing large-scale programming, as well as creating promotional materials and leading training programs. They will be able to assess students' needs and resolve challenges by adapting individual programming and leadership skills to the campus culture.
