Job Title:Director of Student Engagement and Facilities Operations

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our student engagement and facilities operations efforts. This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance student life, managing facilities operations, and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and execute innovative programs and events that promote student success, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Facility Operations: Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects, minimizing disruptions to campus activities.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, communicating effectively with students, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience working in higher education settings. A Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or Leadership is required, along with 5+ years of experience in student activities, major campus programming, event management, and facilities management.
