Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system is up to date, approving sales orders, and raising associated works orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising works orders in alignment with sales orders
  • Liaising with Procurement to ensure works orders are up to date and aligned with Purchase orders
  • Reviewing lists of sales orders to be approved
  • Approving required sales orders and providing timely feedback to the sales team
