Care and Support Coordinator

Main DutiesYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and maintaining accurate records of resident care plans.

- Some experience of caring for older adults in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
