The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll create a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, administering medication, and making critical clinical decisions.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you'll need current NMC registration, a solid understanding of clinical practices, and experience in creating effective care plans. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is also necessary.
