At CV-Library, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Marchmont House Care Home in Port Glasgow.

We're committed to providing the highest standard of care for our residents, and as a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in leading our care team and creating a warm, supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating shifts, leading by example, and being responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. You'll also be expected to foster a team ethos, welcome visitors, respond promptly to emergency call bells, and write and update care plans, risk assessments, and case notes.

In exchange for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. As a valued member of our team, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
