About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with varying physical and mental needs. You'll develop tailored care plans, provide medicine safely, and make critical clinical decisions using your professional judgement.About You: To succeed in this position, you'll need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. You should have an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Our ideal candidate will pride themselves on their person-centred approach to nursing and have excellent communication skills.
