The Role

  3. As a Care & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting tenants with daily living tasks, providing personal support, and making a meaningful difference in their lives.">
  4. You will be required to administer medication, provide assistance with meals, and use an empathetic approach to make a real difference to our tenants' lives.">
  5. Our ideal candidate will possess good written and verbal communication skills, basic IT skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.">

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.25 - £12.50 per hour.">
  • An 18.5-hour per week or 12-hour per week rolling rota basis with a mixture of day and night shifts.">

Requirements

  1. ">
  2. Experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.">
  3. Holds an SVQ in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification.">
  4. Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.">
  5. Possesses basic IT skills.">
  6. Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and support.">
  7. A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.">
