About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at a local NHS care home. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as supporting residents with medication management and mobility. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of £9.50 per hour salary, plus additional benefits
  • Experience of caring for older adults in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
