About the Role

Responsibilities and Duties
  • To plan and implement engaging educational programs for children, incorporating play-based learning activities and promoting social and emotional development;
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, communicating effectively and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise;
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and childcare, ensuring they are aligned with local authority standards and regulations;
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, special needs support, and safeguarding practices.
