About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role within our community-based team, providing person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality care during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Assist with activities, outings, and maintaining relationships with family and friends.

Requirements

  • An empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.
