About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner in Greenock. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.

Your Responsibilities

You will assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and assist individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an empathetic and caring nature, good observation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in using computers, and the ability to work well in a team environment and on your own. You will also need to have good organisational skills.
