**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at T2 Group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary: £27,500 - £45,000 per annum (OTE 50% of base in year 1, 100%+ in year 2 onwards)

* 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, rising to 28 days with length of service
