Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecological Project Lead to join our team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will have a degree in Ecology or a related subject, CIEEM membership, and a full UK driving license. They should also have extensive experience in ecology or rewilding projects, including UKHab surveys, ecological tendering, bird survey, and production of EcIA and HRA reports.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resources, and commercials.
  • Deliver diverse projects, including ecological mitigation, habitat creation, and nature recovery work.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Support the Bid team with pricing and project information.
