About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Wildlife Conservation Specialist to join our team at Ecosulis. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the acceleration of nature recovery in the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver nature-based solutions, including ecological mitigation, habitat creation, and nature recovery work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative conservation strategies.
  • Conduct site surveys, gather data, and analyze results to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and implement environmental improvement plans, rewilding plans, and species reintroduction programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Ecology or a related subject.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wildlife conservation.
  • Strong understanding of UKHab surveys, ecological tendering, and protected species licensing.
