Conservation Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Conservation Project Manager to lead our ecological services team in the UK. As a Conservation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of ecological projects, including species and habitat surveys, biodiversity net gain mentoring, and supporting the delivery of ecological requirements within multi-disciplinary tenders and projects.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves working on a variety of projects, including rail projects, solar farm projects, and water and highways projects. You will have the chance to work with innovative techniques and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project budgets and timelines
* Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
* Develop and implement project plans
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Monitor and report on project progress
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in conservation or related field
* Proven track record of managing large-scale ecological projects
* Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey methodologies
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer:
