Leadership Opportunity in Environmental Consultancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our team as Associate Director of Habitats. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to guide the team to deliver high-quality services to our clients and achieve our exciting plans for growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a relevant sector, client relationship management, business development, and a strong understanding of wildlife legislation and HSQE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Provide strategic direction to achieve business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage financial performance and ensure excellence in project delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a team and ensuring they are motivated and work effectively
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining client relationships and creating new business opportunities
  • Ability to set a strategic vision and drive the direction of the department
  • Experience working on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects is desirable
