Head of Habitat Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Habitat Management team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, including habitat creation, translocation & management, and protected species mitigation & enhancements.

- Provide strategic leadership to guide the team to deliver high-quality services to our clients and achieve our exciting plans for growth.
- Confidently represent the company externally, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, to win future work and build the company reputation.
- Ensure excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and team capability, while managing the team's financial performance.

About the Team
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a relevant sector, client relationship management, business development, and a strong understanding of wildlife legislation and HSQE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Experience in leading a team, ensuring they are motivated, work is distributed effectively and delivered safely.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and creating and progressing new business opportunities to grow market presence.
- Ability to set a strategic vision and drive the direction of the department.
- Experience leading complex projects and providing expert technical advice.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of around £72,000 - £92,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, healthcare cash plan, enhanced stakeholder pension scheme, life insurance, discounted gym membership, paid professional memberships, clothing allowance, outstanding performance rewards, long service awards, free parking, and regular local and company social events.
