Risk and Healthcare Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Healthcare Consultant to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on Group Risk and Healthcare matters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing corporate clients by providing high-quality advice and consultancy services.
- Ensure the revenue from this portfolio is profitable and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide professional and high-quality service to all clients, colleagues, and other third parties.
- Exceed both internal and external client expectations by delivering exceptional results and exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and be relied upon as a trusted adviser.
- Stay up-to-date with key developments, industry changes, and regulations, and ensure that all advice and guidance is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Hold the Group Risk Certificate GR1 and have evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Have extensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare, including products, markets, and regulatory standards.
- Be able to manage and develop compliant business from new and existing clients in the corporate client arena.
- Have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and be able to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Have good organization skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Be able to work under pressure, solve problems, and develop workable solutions.
- A competitive salary and benefits package, including a minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days.
