We are pleased to be representing a leading insurance and employee benefits consultancy, Switch Recruitment, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Healthcare / Risk Consultant to service and manage an existing portfolio of clients providing client services in relation to Group Risk and Protection products including Healthcare (PMI), Group Life, DIS, PHI, and critical illness etc.

Candidates will be responsible for maintaining long term client relationships through quality of advice and service. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and provision of services across a range of risk related benefits. Candidates will present to clients on relevant matters and identify additional business opportunities for services across the group. You will oversee the production of all reports, documents and communication with the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide expert advice and services.
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts to ensure optimal risk management solutions.
  • Identify and present business opportunities to clients to increase revenue and services.
  • Oversee the production of reports, documents, and communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits with a focus on Group Risk and Protection products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex risk management solutions to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
