Job Summary:

Switch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Group Healthcare Account Manager to provide exceptional service to a portfolio of clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class administration service, including executing the renewal process for health and group risk client schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and responsive support to meet their needs and demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, or Group Life schemes within a provider, life office, consultancy, or broking background.
  • Professional qualifications, such as GR1 or IF7, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with SME and Corporate clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
