About the Role

You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses, and as a result, increased customer profitability.

This is achieved through a range of activities, including proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements, optimizing the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions, and providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.

We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, a good consulting mindset, and an interest in bringing value to our customers. In the role, you'll experience how to leverage real-time digital identity intelligence, analyzing millions of transactions per month for some of the largest companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, and e-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Business Reviews: Create and present analytical insights relating to customers' deployment, ensuring they understand the value of our solution.
  2. Proactive Monitoring: Conduct regular analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved, identifying areas for optimization.
  3. Rule Adjustments: Perform targeted rule adjustments to help customers address emerging risks, ensuring their solution remains effective.
  4. Action Planning: Develop an action plan for key customers to improve their maturity on the solution, providing business support through fraud analysis and research.
  5. Fraud Review: Conduct routine fraud review verification, ensuring corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
  6. Fraud Detection: Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate, utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
  3. Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
  4. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English; other languages are ideal.
