In this role, you will be entrusted with providing expert guidance to our clients on all facets of managing the well-being of their workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass advising on and implementing risk mitigation strategies and health-related insurance solutions, which are integral components of our comprehensive service offering.
Our team specializes in every aspect of group insurance, from conducting market analyses to handling day-to-day administration and providing ongoing consulting services for client arrangements. This includes addressing inquiries related to renewals, funding, underwriting, and benefits. We cover a wide range of policies, including private medical insurance, healthcare plans (dental, cash plan, optical, health screens, travel, personal accident, and perks), as well as registered and excepted group life assurance, death-in-service pensions, group income protection, critical illness, and spouse/partner life assurance coverage.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with WTW Consultants and clients to provide strategic advice on the selection and implementation of risk and health-related insurance solutions.
- Offer expert consultative guidance to clients regarding the design, delivery, and ongoing management of their benefit programs, working in tandem with other consultants within the team.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes through continuous learning and professional development. Apply this knowledge effectively in your daily work.
- Manage relationships with insurance providers for your assigned client base, utilizing negotiation and influencing skills as needed.
- Provide exceptional service and maintain strong credibility with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and execute seamless renewals for client policies.
- Design and redesign benefit programs to meet evolving client needs.
- Liaise with insurance providers and underwriters to obtain necessary information and support.
- Assist in re-broking exercises, analyzing and verifying contract terms provided by insurance providers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
- Maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and excellence in all deliverables.
