Job Title: Solutions Consultant - EMEA Focused

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team in EMEA. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will have a strong understanding of our employee experience platform and be able to articulate its value to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead complex product demos to customers throughout the sales cycle
* Describe People Analytics and Performance best practices
* Be an expert on the competition and how to deposition them
* Tailor demos and talk track to beat competitors
* Assist with pre-sales discovery meetings
* Provide executive presentations
* Serve as a technical advisor and product expert for prospects

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a Solutions Consulting role with a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in HR technology
* Strong demonstrable experience with engagement, performance management and people analytics engagement processes and methodologies
* Ability to articulate value of an employee experience platform
* Ideally, prior experience in a customer-facing role responsible for technical discussions
