About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough fire risk assessments of commercial and residential properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement effective fire safety strategies to mitigate potential damage and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide expert advice on fire safety best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and industry developments to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Hold or be working towards a recognized third-party fire risk assessment accreditation.
  • Have a minimum of five years' experience in fire risk assessment and management.
  • Be competent in applying engineering principles, rules, and expert judgment to protect people from the destructive effects of fire.
  • Have a sound understanding of relevant Building Regulations Approved Documents.
  • Be willing to achieve a formal H&S qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate.
