Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Poole, Dorset.
Company OverviewOur client is a well-established family-run business with a strong presence in the UK market. They are now looking for an additional member of staff to help drive growth and expansion across the region.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-margin sales to new customers and managing existing relationships to ensure continued growth and success. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
- Identifying and seizing business opportunities to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth
- Managing sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success
- Ensuring exceptional customer care and aligning solutions to meet customer needs effectively
- Working closely with the service department to provide excellent after-sales service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments, ideally selling physical products
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage £1m+ customer accounts
- Commercial intelligence and demonstrable P&L understanding
- Ability to develop product knowledge and understand customer needs
- Goal to achieve sustainable, profitable growth
This role offers a competitive salary, including:
- A generous package, estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 22 days rising after 2 years, holiday buy-back scheme, pension, and growth by sharing bonus scheme
