Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Manager to drive our commercial strategy and growth in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business development initiatives and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visionary commercial strategy that aligns with our five-year growth plan.
- Build and mentor high-performing Customer Service and Sales Engineering teams, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
- Drive sales and margin expansion, manage complex sales cycles, and secure high-value contracts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, negotiating contracts, resolving challenges, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Align with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to innovate and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Demonstrable experience of, and ability to influence others and lead a high-performance team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
