About You

As our ideal candidate, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce or B2C environments
  • Demonstrable expertise in CRM strategy development and implementation
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships
