Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Poole. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving long-term business growth, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Credentials: Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, with a proven ability to utilize technology to drive business results.
