Job Title: Residential Home Manager Assistant

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team at Cpl UK - Healthcare. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's residential home.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Registered Manager in implementing daily operations, maintaining high standards of care and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and coach staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external professionals, including social workers and schools, to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records, participate in care reviews, and refer young people to external agencies when required.
  • Contribute to the development of staff training programs, appraisals, and development plans.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in children's residential care (e.g., Level 3 or above).
  • Substantial experience in children's residential care, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted requirements and Children's Homes Regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting young people to reach their full potential.
