Job Summary

The Senior Director, Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across EMEA markets, driving business growth and consumer engagement. This role will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies for brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing, with a focus on brand marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
