McCormick & Company is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the EMEA region. This role is crucial in shaping our digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through innovative campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth.

As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your expertise will enhance brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of McCormick & Company in the EMEA market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of our digital marketing transformation blueprint for EMEA, including website launches, digital shelf optimization, new technology stack integration, user journey definition and implementation, CDP build-out and management, direct-to-consumer regional strategy, and execution.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the selection, engagement, and management of external agency partners and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services aligned with our strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Work with media teams to allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights and analysis on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading digital marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and building strong external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver on strategic goals.
