We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager with a successful track record in the FMCG sector. Your expertise in marketing will be pivotal to our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement effective omni-channel marketing strategies tailored for your accounts, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from conception to evaluation.
  • Act as a vital member of your key account team, focusing both internally and externally.
  • Internally: Serve as the primary contact for media within your account. Externally: Lead client presentations and maintain regular communication with key accounts. Deliver insightful shopper marketing plans that align with both McCormick and retailer objectives.
  • Manage the introduction of new product developments and innovative platforms in-store to enhance trial and market penetration.
  • Effectively oversee daily interactions with third-party agency partners to ensure a collaborative and productive working relationship.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members through the process of managing pre-filled shippers, enhancing their understanding of agency collaboration and supply chain dynamics. Assist in the execution of pre-filled displays as necessary.
  • Manage budgets and investment levels for your accounts, conducting monthly financial assessments. Support the Senior Manager in the annual budget planning and shopper marketing strategy development.
  • Advocate for a 'shopper-first' mentality throughout the organization, ensuring shopper considerations are integrated into all business decisions.
  • Analyze industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify prioritized opportunities for McCormick.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience in FMCG, particularly in Shopper, Trade, or Customer Marketing roles, with a history of successful media planning and campaign execution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of navigating ambiguity.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Creative thinking and a growth-oriented perspective.
