Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team at McCormick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that drive sales and brand growth
  • Manage relationships with key retailers and suppliers to ensure effective execution of shopper marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store promotions and displays
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize shopper marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in shopper marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
