We are in search of a Shopper Marketing Manager who possesses a strong background in marketing within the FMCG sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement innovative omni-channel marketing strategies tailored for your accounts, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from inception to post-launch analysis.
- Act as a vital member of your key account team, focusing both internally and externally.
- Internally: Serve as the primary contact for media within your account. Externally: Lead customer presentations and maintain regular communication with key accounts. Deliver insightful shopper marketing plans that align with both McCormick and retailer objectives.
- Take charge of launching new product developments and innovative platforms in-store to boost trial and market penetration within your accounts.
- Effectively manage daily relationships with third-party agency partners to ensure a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- Mentor and guide junior team members through the process of delivering pre-filled shippers, enhancing their understanding of agency management and supply chain logistics. Assist in executing pre-filled displays as necessary.
- Manage budgets and investment levels for your accounts proficiently, including conducting monthly financial reviews. Support the Senior Manager in planning the annual budget and shopper marketing strategy.
- Advocate for a 'shopper-first' approach throughout the organization, ensuring that shopper considerations are integral to all business decisions.
- Analyze available industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify prioritized opportunities for McCormick.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG, particularly in Shopper, Trade, or Customer Marketing roles, with a history of developing and executing media plans and campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Proven influencing capabilities.
- Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to cultivate business relationships while navigating ambiguity.
