Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful shopper marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or customer marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Relevant industry experience in FMCG.
