Senior Director, Brand Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Brand Marketing to lead our brand marketing efforts in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global media strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies for brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports across the region and markets, helping them to grow and develop in their roles and managerial skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and market teams, and be seen as the lead single point of contact for the brand and digital marketing ecosystem in the region.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in global media and digital marketing to drive innovation and growth in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated relevant skills and results in FMCG marketing, advertising, digital marketing transformation, market research, P&L management, forecasting, agency management, and business planning.
  • Strong experience leading projects and cross-functional teams, including proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Expertise in business and brand planning, digital marketing, market research, consumer communications, finance, and promotional activities.
  • Sound understanding of principles and practices in Marketing and a basic knowledge in other functional areas including Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Developed interpersonal, communication, and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and convince others, both internal and external.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated relevant skills and results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, consumer & trade promotion, P&L management, and business planning.
  • Management and development of direct reports and team.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and project leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
