Senior Director, Brand Marketing (EMEA)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Brand Marketing for EMEA is responsible for effectively communicating our brand message to consumers across various markets in the region. This role will provide strategic direction and leadership to optimize sales performance and enhance overall returns. Key responsibilities include the formulation and implementation of marketing campaigns, collaboration with global, regional, and local teams, management of agency partnerships, oversight of the consumer journey, and driving digital marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute brand marketing initiatives
  • Develop extensive global media strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Translate consumer insights into impactful communications across all channels
  • Oversee local agency relationships and remain informed on market trends
  • Guide and nurture a high-performing marketing team
  • Establish strong connections with regional and market teams as the primary contact for brand marketing efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven expertise in FMCG marketing, advertising, market analysis, and strategic planning
  • Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing agency collaborations
  • Ability to operate across diverse geographical areas and think strategically
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong business insight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; MBA is a plus
  • Proven skills in consumer-packaged goods marketing, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Experience in managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
