McCormick & Company is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Director with a solid background in digital strategy and a drive for leading digital transformation initiatives.

This role plays a key part in shaping our digital marketing strategy, enhancing customer engagement through creative campaigns, and utilizing data analytics to fuel business growth. As a strategic leader, the Director of Digital Marketing will collaborate with diverse teams to craft and execute a unified digital marketing strategy that supports our business goals, boosts brand visibility, and nurtures customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive the digital marketing transformation blueprint for EMEA, including launching new websites, optimizing the digital shelf, implementing new tech stacks, defining end user journeys, building and managing CDPs, executing DTC regional strategies, etc.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create cohesive campaigns delivering a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
  • Supervise the selection, engagement, and oversight of external agency partners and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services in line with strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Allocate marketing budgets and resources effectively in coordination with media teams to maximize impact and achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Integrate digital marketing initiatives seamlessly with overall business strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Offer executive leadership insights and analysis on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, demonstrating success in developing and executing strategies in a dynamic business environment. DTC experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, proven experience leading digital marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven work culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all organizational levels and building solid external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and achieve strategic goals.
