Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary:

Mccormick & Company is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, a passion for leading digital transformation initiatives, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of digital marketing transformation initiatives, including the launch of new websites, digital shelf optimization, and the development of end-user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the selection, engagement, and management of external agency partners and other third-party service providers.
  • Work with media teams to allocate marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights and analysis on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading digital marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and building strong external partnerships.
