Job Title: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

Mccormick & Company is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy. This role will be pivotal in shaping our digital marketing initiatives, optimizing customer engagement, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
  • Lead the development of automated email and SMS journeys, and adapt and define DTC strategy for top three markets.
  • Work with global and regional teams to drive sales and brand building through email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, with a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building digital marketing teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to deliver results, while building a team, and leveraging external agencies and internal resources.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with different cultures and building strong external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver on strategic goals.
