We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager with a successful track record in the FMCG sector. Your expertise could be the key to our mutual growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement exceptional omni-channel shopper marketing strategies tailored for your accounts, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from conception to post-launch analysis.
  • Act as a vital member of your key account team, engaging both internally and externally.
  • Internally: Serve as the primary contact for media within your account. Externally: Lead customer presentations and maintain regular communication with key accounts, delivering insightful shopper marketing plans that align with both McCormick and retailer objectives.
  • Spearhead the introduction of new product developments and innovative platforms in-store to boost trial and market penetration within your accounts.
  • Effectively manage daily interactions with third-party agency partners to ensure a collaborative and productive working relationship.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members through the execution of pre-filled displays, enhancing their understanding of the process, agency collaboration, and supply chain management.
  • Manage budgets and investment levels for your accounts proficiently, including conducting monthly financial assessments. Assist the Senior Manager in the annual budget planning and shopper marketing strategy.
  • Foster a 'shopper-first' mindset throughout the organization, ensuring shopper considerations are integral to all business decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret available industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify prioritized opportunities for McCormick.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience in FMCG, particularly in Shopper, Trade, or Customer Marketing roles, with a history of developing and executing media plans and campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, non-verbal, and listening capabilities.
  • Proficient influencing skills.
  • Quick adaptability and a fast learner.
  • Capacity to cultivate business relationships while navigating ambiguity.
  • Agility and the ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
  • Creative thinking and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
