Job Summary

Mccormick & Company is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through innovative campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of the digital marketing transformation blueprint for EMEA, including the launch of new websites, digital shelf optimization, new tech stack implementation, and the definition, creation, and implementation of end-user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the selection, engagement, and management of external agency partners and other third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with our strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Work with media teams to allocate marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights and analysis on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading digital marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and building strong external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver on strategic goals.
