We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to support our pupils in their educational journey. As an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our pupils develop their individual strengths and gain the skills they need to lead fulfilling adult lives.

About the Role:
  1. This is a full-time position with hours of 08:15 - 16:15.
  2. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £100-£110 per annum based on industry standards.
  3. The location for this role is Dagenham and Romford.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist education and therapeutic support to our pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • To work collaboratively with our dynamic and supportive team environment to empower our pupils and build their self-confidence.
  • To engage our pupils in creative and outstanding learning opportunities that cater to their unique needs.

Our School:

We are an independent special school committed to providing outstanding education and support for children and young people with an EHCP for SEMH and ASC needs. Our two sites include a school in Dagenham and a vocational centre in Romford.
